Fashion: OOTD with @ Collin Street Co

I've always been searching for more tops to match with my skirts and shorts. I somehow, seem to always run out of pretty tops for my OOTD collections. When I came across Collin Street Co, their outfits seem to match my style perfectly. They have the Korean feel to it and I find that they have a lot of off shoulder tops, perfect for that girly OOTD.

I liked that they even have their own label on the bag. So cool!

Off Shoulder Top (RM 49.00)

I absolutely love this blue off shoulder top. I always wanted to get an off shoulder top, but I wanted something that feels comfortable and looks good. The thing with off shoulder top is sometimes they may slip down and you kind of need to readjust your outfit. This one was easy to wear because it have adjustable straps. Oh, and I love the smooth cotton silk fabric too!

I once came across a fashion article mentioning that off shoulder tops should always be paired with pencil skirts for the sophisticated feel to the OOTD. So, I tried it out with my white marble pencil skirt, Ted Baker handbag with nude heels and it turns out pretty great I would say. Loving the combo!

The puffy sleeves were so cute and this top looks good from all angles :)

Blue Knitted Top

This top was a casual one and I paired it with black shorts, my favourite cat sling bag and a pair of strappy heels. This piece is stretchable and comfortable even in the hot weather. More of a girl next door feel for this.

Daily: An Evening of Dining, Fashion, Beauty & Wellness @ Flora Terrace Cafe

Hey guys! I'm finally back from my month long hiatus, thanks to my exams. Since exams are over, I shall manage all my backlogs. 

I was invited to an evening of Dining, Fashion, Beauty & Wellness at the Flora Terrace Cafe where I got the chance to view and try some of the newest products in the markets. The event was organised by Genesis Holistic Spa, Alqvimia, M2 World of Brands, ISKIN NEW YORK & Eiliya Studio.   

Some of the products which I was interested in is the Lip Addict. This product is both functional as a lip gloss and the unique part is it has anti aging, volumizing, moisturising, healing and enhancement properties! An all-in-one lip gloss with such beautiful shades to choose from! Now, that pouty, 24-hour kissable lips can be achieved without needles or surgery.

Look at those lovable shades! Definitely a product I wished to have. Oh, and for guys who would love to have those lips too, there is a colourless lip gloss for you :)

Some of the ISKIN New York products which helps to deal with various skin issues through the process of cell renewal. The products boast on its usage of specialized peptides- chains of amino acids that perform specific functions like anti-aging and skin lightening agents.

Daily: The Fashion Social @ TANGS 1 Utama

I never thought I had the potential to be a stylist. Never in my wildest dreams, to be honest. Why, you may ask? Simple. My sister is the absolute fashion diva in the family and I conveniently wear whatever she chooses. Well, of course, I have to mix and match myself and that’s where my creativity comes in.

I had the opportunity to unleash those hidden styling skills in me at a recent event yesterday at TANGS 1 Utama. ‘The Fashion Social’ was an event aimed for bloggers to get to know some of their brands which are new and/or exclusive to TANGS Malaysia.

We were briefed on how TANGS started out and it was kind of interesting to learn about how they came about. TANGS is usually thought of as a normal departmental store but it is actually a lifestyle concept store. There are 3 outlets in Malaysia with a slightly different concept to each and is therefore, unique & one of its kind!

The organisers of the event, Caden & Nikki brought us around the store and introduced certain brands to us. Here are some pictures for you guys who have never visited their outlet previously.

After touring around the store, the styling game begins! Here comes the fun part, where our plus ones had to be the model while the bloggers were given one item from each featured brand as listed below:

I’m grateful that Jason was all ready to be my model of the day although he was my plus one for this event. We randomly picked a number and got a black blazer from Portrait. It was exciting and the best part is, I was allowed to grab anything off the shelves to match with the given piece. It was entirely up to my own creativity as the stylist to make Jason look as handsome as possible.To be honest, it wasn’t that tough but it was definitely an adrenaline-filled time of dressing him up in the fitting room.

And, I was very proud of his after look! I was rather shocked myself when I saw this boy in the outfit as he stepped out after changing into everything I threw to him. He reminded me of ‘Super Junior’ for their distinct white pants during concert performances. It seemed that I transformed Jason into a Korean superstar!
