Ramadan is a holy month where the Muslim community celebrates a month of fasting and this year, the chefs at Kembali Kitchen, Ramada Plaza Dua Sentral Kuala Lumpur are up to the challenge to tantalize your tastebuds with their festive spread.
I was at the media preview last week and it was a wonderful gourmet journey savouring a total of 60-80 dishes available. Some of the highlights of the buffet will be included below, so do scroll on to have an idea of how it was like.

The spread consists of local and international flavours to cater to hotel guests from different backgrounds. There are appetizers, ulam and salads, main courses, carving stalls, noodles counter and desserts as well. The dishes are all on rotation basis so you get new flavours every day and this is specially done for guests who tend to stay for a certain duration at the hotel.
The dining area is spacious and very comfortable. I liked the layout of the place and the arrangement of buffet line isn't too far from the seating area as well.
Start off with some salads as your appetizers!
Traditional Malay 'ulam' and 'keropok' (crackers) before digging into the main course.
You may mix and match your 'rojak buah' here and make it yourself in the wooden bowl.
Some of the 'kerabu' I tried, they have at least 16 types which will also be on a rotational basis. I highly encourage those who have never tasted it to try it. Pretty good.
Noodles Corner
For those who prefer to go Western, you may have your daily dose of bread, butter and soup here. The butter served here is premium and I particularly enjoyed the vegetable soup which was served on that day.

The sauces - Air Asam and Sambal Manga Muda which complimented the grilled items so well. It enhanced the flavour of the grilled squid and fish.

The 'ais kacang' station with loads of condiments you can add in. Besides that, there is chocolate, vanilla and strawberry ice cream and I chose to add in almonds and pistachio nuts, no doubt it was super good.
