Daily: Sunway Lagoon Annual Passport Is Back!

Go far with the all-new Sunway Lagoon Passport! The current Sunway Lagoon’s annual pass is now rebranded with a new name. The ‘Passport to the Best Day Ever’ was launched on the 5^th of August, at the Sunway Putra Mall, Kuala Lumpur. This latest offering serves as a gateway for friends and family to have a privileged getaway like never before at Asia’s best.

The launch kicked off a three day nationwide roadshow that will see the Passport simultaneously promoted at Sunway Carnival Mall in Penang, Matta Fair at Johor Bahru, and Sunway Putra Mall from the 5^th of August to the 7^th of August.

The ‘Passport’ is a gateway to a host of discounts and privileges that make it the perfect travel companion for park goers. Passport holders will be privy to discounts for lockers, tubes, pay per rides, merchandise, at food and beverage outlets within the park, and in-house events.

Being a holder also accords one with exclusivity from priority entry during peak periods to being the first to know about the latest happenings, perks and updates. Customers will be able to travel through 6 parks, with over 90 rides and attractions at a discounted rate and with more accessibility.

The Passport also leverages on Sunway PALS as part of its benefits and privileges, allowing the passport holder to be automatically signed off as a PALS member which will provide a host of added benefits to the new card.

The three day roadshow at all three locations will provide visitors with fun opportunities to win themselves a Passport of their own. Among the exciting activities are “Spin The Wheel”, Trivia, stage games, colouring contest and many more.

Beauty: Onsaemeein Velvet Moist Lip Tint Review

So, I've been a little late in exploring this Korean beauty trend of gradation lips and lip tints. I always love the lips they do on K-pop stars which looks so natural and sweet. I tried to achieve the gradation look a few times with my lipsticks, but somehow it doesn't feel right. 

Actually, I have been to a few pharmacies in Malaysia to find these lip tints but they are always so pricey. 

So, I decided to try out some of the lip tints available on Althea website and I chose this particular one, Onsaemeein Velvet Moist Lip Tint because the pictures and description was rather convincing haha. Plus, it's on offer at the moment, only RM 22.00!

So after much consideration, I got the one in #02 Berry Red because I prefer something in the between of pink and red for that sweet, girl next door look.

So, I took a few shot of what the product looks like:

It comes in a cute bottle, nothing fancy and the size is perfect to toss into my everyday makeup bag.

I like the colour, its very pretty and highly pigmented as well. It's very striking and similar to what I expected it to be.

The no fuss brush applicator is perfect as you just need to dab the tint at the inside of your lips.

I applied it to the whole lips for this because I wanted to show you guys how pretty the colour is. I will be trying out the gradation lips technique with this soon enough, once I've mastered it.

All in all, I really like this product. Perhaps, its because its the first lip tint I've purchased so far. 

I've decided to list out some pros and cons of this lip tint.

Pros

1. Vivid colour with just 1 application

2. Lasts quite long (it doesn't go away when I eat unlike my other lipsticks)

3. Don't really need to re-apply

4. Non-sticky

Daily: Ghostbusters Spotted at Sunway Lagoon!

Ghosts and Ghouls took over Sunway Lagoon and only one ghost-busting foursome could put the sinister creatures to rest. Sunway Lagoon’s Lynton V. Harris Scream Park unveiled the first Ghostbusters attraction of its kind in the world, The Ghostbusters Adventure Live!

I was ecstatic because I was part of the media to experience it firsthand last weekend at Sunway Lagoon. However, at the same time, I was a little afraid that it would be extremely scary to head inside the Ghostbusters-themed haunted house. I'm proud to say that despite being "scaredy cat", I conquered my fears and went on in!

It was a one-of-a-kind experience, in fact, its more imaginable if you watched the movie first as you will feel the coherence of the setup and props in there. It has only been a week that this attraction is up in Sunway Lagoon. Ghostbusters inclusion into the park marks the biggest annual investment to date since the launch of Scream Park some seven years ago. Among the highlights of this latest attraction is the interaction between visitors and a cast of live actors who play seasoned ‘Ghostbusters’ and ‘ghosts’.

The attraction occupies the entire top level of Scream Park and takes visitors through a 20-minute harrowing journey through locations based on the relaunch of the movie.

The journey kicks-off at the Slimer’s pad, filled with cool Ghostbusters memorabilia, followed by Aldridge Mansion – New York’s oldest private home and museum, where a tour guide will introduce the spooky story of Gertrude Aldridge.

A detour takes visitors to New York Subway’s Seward Street Station and alight to visit Old Zhu’s Chinese Restaurant, the new headquarters of the new all-female Ghostbusters. Rowan’s basement is next on the agenda, followed by the infamous Mercado Hotel, set in iconic Times Square in New York, where guests will face a spooky, scary and slimy finale to their journey.

The Ghostbusters Adventure Live! at Lynton V. Harris Scream Park opens 14^th of July 2016. Opening hours will be from 11:00am to 6:00pm daily. Visit Sunway Lagoon and enjoy its latest adventure along with over 90 rides and attractions at RM150 for those aged 12 years and above, and RM120 for those below the age of 12 years.

Food: Milkcow All New Gold Leaf and Milky Cool Series

Ice cream has reached a new level of luxury. Milkcow recently introduced the all new Gold Leaf series, which is the current trend these days especially in Japan. At first, I was extremely skeptical at the thought of consuming gold but when I saw how it looked like, it was so pretty that I wondered if it was actually edible.

The paper is made out of real gold and actually, there isn't much funny metallic taste to it so don't worry! It's definitely picture worthy :)

And what's going to Milkcow without their famous soft serve ice cream and honey comb cubes!

This one is perfect for anyone who is a green tea lover and I never knew the combination of green tea with mango would work magics on the taste buds like this one did. The texture and consistency of the drinks seems a little bit like the usual milk tea with grass jelly but this is a bit harder as there are soft pudding in it as well.
