Curious to try out the latest Samplings on the Fourteenth Fine Dining in conjunction with the recent Malaysian International Gastronomy Festival (MIGF)?
Here's your chance as the chef have prepared a menu which consist of the finest ingredients and the most outstanding flavours to whet your appetite this October! Ignite those taste buds on the fourteenth floor of Berjaya Times Square Hotel overlooking the scenic KL skyline.
Prior to serving up the items on the menu, we had some freshly baked bread and butter to help ourselves with.

Pan fried haloumi (grilled cheese) with chilled marinated vegetables and lemon emulsion
This one had an interesting mix of flavours with the grilled cheese being salty and the marinated vegetables which was sour.

1. Pan fried halibut fillet, smoked tomato puree, parsnip and shell fish froth
2. Slow cooked cutlet of lamb, baked stuffed red onion, glazed root vegetables and a jus of cherry
3. Wagyu beef medallion, pumpkin with a hint of Xeres vinegar, duck foie gras and thyme juice
Guanoja chocolate, delice, sea salt flakes, butter scotch and cream cheese moussline
