Parmesan Cheese Bread

Amuse Bouche
Lamb tartlet with goat cheese croquetas

Appetizer 1

Pan fried haloumi (grilled cheese) with chilled marinated vegetables and lemon emulsion

This one had an interesting mix of flavours with the grilled cheese being salty and the marinated vegetables which was sour.

Green pea cream, artichoke chips and tomato tartar

This was the first time I tried something like this. It was definitely unusual, you either like it or hate it if you don't enjoy green peas in particular.

Appetizer 2

Poached baby mackerel, chick pea puree, smoked garlic cream and walnut

Palate Cleanser

Malibu lime sorbet

Main Course

A choice of
1. Pan fried halibut fillet, smoked tomato puree, parsnip and shell fish froth
2. Slow cooked cutlet of lamb, baked stuffed red onion, glazed root vegetables and a jus of cherry
3. Wagyu beef medallion, pumpkin with a hint of Xeres vinegar, duck foie gras and thyme juice

Guanoja chocolate, delice, sea salt flakes, butter scotch and cream cheese moussline
